Descriptions of capabilities explain the intended operation of Construction Monkey workflows. Actual licensed services, output types, standards, territories and service levels are defined in the applicable signed agreement.
Construction Monkey supports estimating, measurement, costing and related commercial workflows. It does not replace statutory approvals, professional design responsibility or certified engineering where those are required. Provisional tender provisions must not be represented as final engineering design.
Submitting an application is an invitation to discuss a potential licence only. No applicant obtains exclusivity, territory rights, IP rights or authority to represent Construction Monkey until a written agreement is signed.
The Construction Monkey name, site content, workflow concepts, software, models, orchestration, prompts, processing logic and internal methods remain protected intellectual property unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
These website terms may be updated as the licensing programme develops. Signed licence terms take precedence for licensees.
